Foreign Languages
Our aim is for students:
- To become proficient communicators
- To become familiar and to have a deep understanding of other cultures
- To consolidate their language skills by taking examinations and subsequently earning the relative certification
Every year, the Foreign Language Department organises excursions, exchange programmes and cooperation with other schools and educational organisations. In addition, it maintains a close cooperation with official educational bodies such as the British Council, the Goethe Institute and the Institut Français d’ Athènes. Costeas-Geitonas School is a member of the “Oui, je parle français” group and an official partner in the Institut Français d’ Athènes annual Francophonie event.
