New Enrollment Procedure
Step 1: Contact Costeas-Geitonas School for information and arrange for a personal information session.* * (Contact the School Secretariat at 210-6030411-18.)
• Individual meetings are held Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and last approximately 40 minutes.
• Arriving on time is important so as not to disrupt the school’s daily routine.
• In the event of more than a 20-minute delay, the appointment is cancelled and a new appointment will be rescheduled.
• For security reasons, identification must be shown at the main gate in order to access school grounds.
• A school representative will provide all necessary informational materials upon arrival to the Main office.
• Pre-enrollment applications must be completed at or submitted by email, fax at 210-6030570 or post to Costeas-Geitonas School, Pallini 153 51 Attiki by the time of the information meeting.
(** it is preferable for this meeting to take place among the parents or guardians and the school representative)
Step 2: A meeting with the candidate students including a school tour is arranged. The school principal and a member of the counselling department interview the parents and candidate student. Students who are enrolling for grades 2 and up are required to set a placement test in Maths, Greek and English.
Step 3: Parents are informed by the admissions coordinator or the Principal that the student is accepted to the school and they should validate their place with the deposit of the enrolment fees within 10 working days.
Step 4: Students receive an official acceptance letter from the school.
Re-enrollment Procedure
In March, parents/guardians are provided with a Confirmation of Re-enrolment form which includes a breakdown of all financial information regarding programmes and services available at Costeas-Geitonas School for the following academic year. The completed form is returned accompanied by a deposit whereupon an official statement of receipt is confirmed. This procedure guarantees the student a place at Costeas-Geitonas School for the following academic year.
